This axis defines our policy around the audiences we welcome and the focus we place on supporting the most vulnerable audiences.
It emphasizes diversity in a neighborhood undergoing rapid change and steeped in history. This question of social diversity and the articulation between different social groups is a key issue for the development of Escabel and the Arnaud Bernard neighborhood. Diversity is a complex subject with as many definitions as there are audiences that constitute it. We settled on a definition of diversity that makes sense to us:
“Accepting differences while cultivating our common values.”
So, we seek to develop spaces where all audiences can meet but also discover that they have things in common with other audiences, whether in terms of age, socio-professional category, gender, etc.
We design activities for seniors so that they meet their needs and provide free and accessible services for all.
